At Pure Prime Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery along with proof such as images or videos.
2. Conditions
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. Products that are opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we offer replacements subject to availability.
5. Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
