Standard order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays). Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on working days are prioritized for same-day packing.
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)
We partner with premier express logistics carriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, DTDC) covering over 27,000+ Indian pincodes:
Express air & surface delivery to Tier-1 metropolitan hubs.
Standard surface shipping to state capitals and interior districts.
Special courier handling for remote regional zones.
Nominal flat rate of ₹70 charged for orders below ₹999.
3. Worldwide & International Shipping
UGPURE Health Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. exports products globally. International shipments (USA, UAE, UK, Europe, Southeast Asia) are dispatched via DHL Express / FedEx:
- International Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Any local import duties, customs charges, or VAT levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, an automated SMS, WhatsApp message, and Email containing your Tracking AWB Link will be sent to you.
